During your 2.5 Hour Tufting Experience, you can expect:

Kindly Note:

Tufting Size: Your rug will be a bit smaller than 50x50cm as we need some space around the edges for safety purposes 😊.
Design Submission Deadline: Kindly ensure that you send us your design a minimum of 24 hours prior to your workshop booked date & time via email.
If you'd like us to Trace the artwork for you, an additional charge would apply of R70 per person/frame. Kindly submit your designs at least 2-3 Days prior to your booked workshop date & time via email.
Extended Time Request: If you feel that you may require extra time for creating your Carpet/Rug Experience in-store then let our shop assistant/s know asap. However, the will be an additional charge per person of R100 per hr.

Arrival Time: A gentle yet important request to please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled session to avoid delays as walkthrough tutorials are conducted in group sessions during the allocated time slot. Late arrivals may affect other customers' experiences and delay your session.

Tufting Experience Policy for Different Age Groups (Under 12 Years):

Children Under 12 Years: Due to the level of complexity & weight of the machine gun, we do not recommend its use by children under 12 years, but they can assist their parents during the tufting process.
Children Between 12-16 Years: Children in this age range may use the tufting gun under parental/guardian supervision.
Tufting Experience are recommended for kids above 12 Years Old, Teenagers & Adults alike
