Refund policy

Kindly Note:

• No Refunds after 24 hours: No refunds will be issued for cancellations or changes made after 24 hours once payment has been made to secure your booking.
• Cancellation within 24 hours: If you cancel your booking within 24 hours since payment was made, you'll receive a full refund back.
• Cancellation Workshop: If we cancel the workshop, you'll receive a full refund.
• Transfer to Another Workshop: If you need to transfer to another workshop date, please notify us at least 7 days before the original date booked.
• No-Shows: If failure to show up for the workshop booked without prior notice at least 24 hours to the scheduled time, no refund will be issued. We will however send you a voucher to the same value of the amount you've paid & booked with us!
